I love WoW but there is no way in hell it is better than HL2.
It took me 5 hours to beat HL2 and I never played it again.
It took some asian kid to 'beat' WoW about 5 years.

So you paid 50 dollars for a game that gave you 5 hours of gameplay plus mods and such.
He paid 900 dollars in subscription fees along with 150 dollars worth of buying keys for the game.

I know I am going to get an assload of disagrees/boxes for saying this, but WoW is the most influential, most widely popular game of the decade, if not of all time.
Anything that reaches 12 million individual people deserves that title.

Not really much over the span of 5 years.
Also, asian WoW is much cheaper over there than it is here.
Even here, mowing a lawn or doing something simple could get you 15$ easily for a month of gameplay. A decent job would be even easier for something like this.

That doesn't mean anything. HL2 costs $20 and comes with about 5 hours of content. Sure WoW costs, but it comes with hundreds of hours of content and is constantly updated with new stuff.
