I had got my Xbox 360 about 4 years ago when it first came out. I've never had a single problem with it till now. I was MW2 when it froze. I turned on my 360 again and played again. This time the screen screwed up and went all green and black lines. I restarted my 360 yet a third time and played again. This time, the same thing happened, but when I turned it on, it RROD'ed. I only played for a total half hour today before this happened. Is there anyway to solve it?

There's a few ways to fix it yourself, but you risk damaging your Xbox and it also voids your warranty. There's things like thermal paste and heating pads that supposedly will fix the RROD, but it's hit or miss. Most of the kits you can get are $10-$20.
If you still have the warranty, I'd recommend sending it to Microsoft, though.
How long is the warranty? If you noticed my post, I had it for 4 years.
If you have RROD you get an extra 3 years
and you get 1 extra month gold.. or if it takes to long to repair a 800-1200 point card:smile:

I don't think it's 4 years or more, so you're screwed basically.
They won't repair it. They're more likely send him a newer model.

No because it will get shitstormed by Take_Opal as per fucking usual. All the new elites with jasper's barely break anymore, so once all the old consoles break, we hopefully should have no more threads like this
