Valve releasing new game - Games

I doubt it since steamunpowered generally release serious articles. Is it really Duke Nukem Forever? Or maybe Episode 3? I mean, it does say Source 2. Portal 2 perhaps? Not sure, but Steam atm, is constantly DC-ing and reconnecting constantly, and its happening for everyone on my friends list too. Anyone got any idea as to why? :S

Valve has stated several times that the Episodes are Half-Life 3.

Also they have already announced portal 2.

It could be that 3D Realms or whoever has the distribution rights is publishing the original Duke 3D on Steam. Or it's a practical joke played on all of us.

Or maybe it's L4D2 Episode 1.

Not gonna lie, I'd be stoked if they somehow managed to pull a release on Duke Nukem: Forever. I've always like 3drealms and felt like a part of my childhood died when they did.

It's called Duke Nukem' Forever because it's going to take FOREVER to come out. ... Get it?

I thought the source engine was fine. In fact it's my favorite game engine, I don't see why you'd call for source2 instead of just updates.

They seriously need a new game engine. Playing Episode 2 it was just like "why the fuck did I wait three years for four hours of outdated gameplay and visuals?".

I don't care what people say, the engine might be outdated. But it has some of the best visuals and performance I've ever seen.

It has good performance and some okay visuals at times... not much else. Valve are so busy sucking money out of the mega-mega-low-end market that they forgot it's possible to make an engine that looks hella nice and still runs beautifully on average computers. *cough* Unreal 3.
