What games should I get?

Well, it seems I'll be getting around 100 dollars this Christmas but I'm not exactly sure what games to get.

What games I have that are popular:
Left 4 dead 2
Modernwarfare 2

Now, I know I will be getting borderlands. I'm mainly looking for games that are co-op so I can play with my friend ( who is a girl :P )
