Recently I've got my hands on few survival games and to be specific these were (Stranded II and The Sims: Lonely Island for PSP) however I've got bored of them after a week, so now I would like to know few other games similar to these because I really enjoyed playing them.

You can always try Notrium. It's for free and you get to chose between three different races to survive on an alien planet.
Under the Ocean is in development (You can pre-purchase and get access to alpha), and Under the Garden is free. Try those out.
