I agree with this guy.. Anyway, are you sure the IP is in right? We can't do much from that screenshot. Plus you are on the favourites tab, go to internet if that's what you are looking for (they are at the bottom).
Why not ask the SA-MP forums?

MTA is better than SA-MP in regards to prediction, it's shit in samp.

Some servers go down for work, might need to wait. Either that or the master server list has gone down. Happens on Vc-mp a lot.
Don't listen to these people, SA-MP is fine, and if you feel interested in getting MTA get it. There's nothing wrong with having both.
Now, can you describe the problem your problem a bit more? From the picture it looks like the server is down.
