No, this isn't a "OMG GMON ITS GORDENS FREEMONT ON DA FUTUR", this is something fairly interesting about Gman: Here it's the Wikipedia page of The Grinning Man. (Copy-pasta inbound) "The Grinning Man is the name given to one or more mysterious figures that has become associated with various reports of paranormal activity. The Grinning Man is sometimes described as being an extraterrestrial, Men in Black or a hominid cryptid and was investigated by notable paranormal author John A. Keel and ufologist James Moseley. Arguably the best known Grinning Man was Indrid Cold, who appeared during the 1960s' Mothman sightings. Reports of Grinning Men often occur during periods of increased UFO sightings." Original page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Grinning_Man I don't think it was vandalized, since only the most popular things of Wikipedia are vandalized. Maybe I am overthinking this, and I wanted to show it to FP. Discuss.
Well, he do has a magical hovercraft. That could make sense.
Nope GMAN is a UFO.
Interesting, good read.
Nope GMAN is a UFO.
So aliens come from outer-space riding Gman? :raise:
So aliens come from outer-space riding Gman? :raise:
Indeed.
G-man stands for Gabe Man, the man he wished to look like
Better than most of the other theories I've heard. [editline]You gotta keep 'em seperated[/editline] Know what, fuck it. It is the best theory.
This kinda makes sense.
This is possibly the best Gman theory I've ever heard.. Ever.
G-man stands for Gabe Man, the man he wished to look like
I think this makes more sense than the other theories in this thread.
"They could not remember seeing any hair, ears, or nose on this figure."
OSHI Grinning men are Slender Men.
... This makes sense... You've ruined G-man for me...
OSHI Grinning men are Slender Men.
I can see the resemblance.
Enough of that creepy Slenderman shit. This is a very plausible theory.
Valve has been toying with our minds since the beginning of the time making us think Gman stands for government man.
The G in his name stands for grapefruit, he likes them.
So aliens come from outer-space riding Gman? :raise:
 :smug: edit: Agreed wu\ith kizza. Im already freaked out by slendermen. And since I believe in that paranormal stuff and crap, I..... just dont want to think about him.
Doesn't look much like a grinning man to me.

Not a grinning man?
Not a grinning man?
It's just a name, not a literal description, as far as I know.
Oh you have got to be kidding me. What's next? -The Gman is Al Gore! -The Gman is Chicago Ted! -The Gman is a plot device in a suit! -The Gman is Gabe Newells long lost twin brother! -The Gman is a marsupial! -The Gman is a thriller movie! -The Gman is a conspiracy thread generator!
:wtc: How about none?
How about the Grinning Man?
