Alright, can't find anything on this so was hoping for some help from facepunch
I own a DSi XL and I enjoy it quite a bit, recently picked up Dragon Quest 5 because hey why not, I want a rpg time sink and I never played it before. I get my copy and click the little logo to get a error moments after. No matter what I can't get rid of this error, a friend said the DSi can't handle DQ5 but... I don't quite follow, anyone mind explaining?
Are there any other DS games that for whatever reason don't work on the system?
all DS games run fine on my old DS Phat so I'd assume the more powerful DSi can run games better
it could be a flashcart problem, do you have anyone else who owns DQ5 in order to test?
