Download add on from curse.
Put them in your secret add on folder found in the secret interface folder in your secret wow folder on your secret computer

The only reason you say you can't make your own interface out of addons is because you aren't putting in the effort. I have tried downloading a preset interface, and trust me, they will never work as well as your own custom built one.
Ask, or search up some well known good addons, and look at the information that is displayed on the wowcurse website about the addon. The best addons have in-game configurations that are really simple to work with. All it takes is time and the effort to do it.
If you aren't willing to put in any effort then you don't deserve it.
