Sure, tell your team when the guy you're opposing is gone. Thats not really tutorial worthy. I didn't understand anything about the second video though.
The best/only DotA guide I've found effective was called something like: "Welcome to Dota 2, you suck." Google that and it might come up.
best dota guide is also "play with thought"
