Saints Row 2 - Cant move after start, and invisible!

Some of you can say that this game is crappy, i never played it but my friend said that i "fu***** got to play it!" so here i installed it.

So, i started the game, watched the first scene, and then i cant see my caracter in the create character menu.
So, after pushing start game, i saw the scene with this purple hat guy, and then i see like i would be ingame but no character`s are around me, i cant see myself, and cant move.

Is there any solutuion?
I got the newest treiber`s and direct X.

Did you actually pay for the game? Might have some wacky DRM or something.

Its the stuuf you gotta download from the Nvidia for their graphic cards.
