Can anyone recommend me [u]pc[/u] games with good character generators(Height, hair color, gender, NOT stats) or total character customization?
I've already played and modded both Oblivion and Fallout 3.
Most preferably either a shooter or a figthing game, so no Sims game. I'm tired of [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zLwUjyP-dkQ]elves[/url] and orcs and stuff like that.
And no online pay to play stuff either, I wanna bring it on my laptop so I don't have to be online to play.
Are you looking for things that generate characters' appearances or their skills?

Saint's Row 2 has great character customization, but I hear it's poorly optimized.

Dragon Age Origins is an amazing game.
DA:O should suit you along with ME until ME2 and DA2 are released.
