Just recently, Whenever I get ingame (CSS/Gmod/TF2) and use Shift+Tab to pull up the overlay, almost everything is...invisible. The screenshot might help a bit.

Any suggestions would be helpful. (I have rebooted my computer and restarted steam)
Try reinstalling Steam, your GameOverlayUI could have messed up. Backup \steamapps if you don't want to reinstall your games.
