Browser Based Games - Games

Browser Based Games (not like runescape, more like Travian and The West) are, in my opinion, a fairly decent distraction if you find yourself with a computer that is not capable of running many games. Here are some of the more popular ones that I know of: [b][url=http://www.erepublik.com/en]eRepublik[/url][/b] In eRepublik, you create your own citizen. You may choose to live in nearly any region of any country, and there are wars, player made companies, newspapers, political parties, and many more things. You can grow into a great leader of your country, serve as a mere factory worker, or battle in any of the many wars that happen (there is currently a World War going on). I believe that Facepunch has had a previous presence in this game, and I am wondering if any of you still play it. [b][url=http://www.travian.com/]Travian[/url][/b] In Travian, you choose from one of three tribes (Romans, Gauls, and Teutons) and begin to develop a village. You start with barely anything, and barely any resources being produced. Eventually, you can wage war with other players, join large alliances to help keep you safe, and trade in the market to get the resources you seem to be lacking. I used to play this, but now I don't really anymore. [b][url=http://www.tribalwars.net/]Tribal Wars[/url][/b] Tribal Wars is very similar to Travian, but IMO it's quite a bit better. It has a better presentation, you don't get sworn at in russian for asking how to do something, and it just feels more balanced. [b][url=http://www.the-west.net/]The West[/url][/b] I haven't personally played The West much, but from what I've seen it is pretty decent. It is similar to TW (it is by the same company after all), but instead of controlling a village, you control yourself (a cowboy/girl). You can take on missions, get better equipment, and duel other players. If there are any I have missed, let me know. I will be adding pictures and more information eventually, if anyone wants me to. eRepublik is incredibly dull. You login everyday for 30 seconds to work and train in the army.

Yeah, eRepublik isn't my favourite. Tribal Wars is pretty good though, I'm doing a speed round and this shit is FAST!
