I just came across this site on facebook, which a friend of mine recommended.

Now normally when I see "Free" anything, I just dismiss it and carry on with my day. What if, in actual fact one of these Free things may actually work. I only considered taking a second glance at this because my friend said that he's already got a couple of games from it - when normally I'd just carry on about my day. He even gave me a screen shot of one of the games he received free from them (skyrim in this case).

What makes me think this actually works?
I took a look around and a couple positive things stood out. The main thing being, their forums. They have a section called "Look What I Got", which as the name indicates has a record of various users showing screen pics/ photo pics of all sorts of games and amazon items that they received for free from the site. Now there are daily posts with various people posting what they got, posts going back over 2 years ago. So that gets me thinking, if there are so many daily posts of users who got what they wanted (keeping in mind these posts are from the current day to 2 and half years back), maybe this does work?
Another thing is the video on the site, actually shows a user redeeming a gift that they got. Now, i've received gifts from friends before and it goes through the same process, except instead of a friends name its this sites own steam account that's gifting it.
This is the video

Yeah, it's one of those stupid referral sites where you sign your life away to marketing to make $5, whilst they sit around and make tons from getting you to do so.

Seems plausible, but I'd still be wary.
I'm sure the creator would take any precaution to make it look like it's legitimate.

It's yet one more of those dumbass survey sites where you could go out and get a job and work for a couple of hours in the time it would take to actually get some money/games from them.
