For some reason, in JC2, Everyone dissapeared. There are no civilians, or civilian cars. Factions and police foreces are there,but no people, or spawn cars. I didn't install any addon that changed this sort of stuff
Sigh.
Start a mission or race, they'll re-appear. You can cancel straight away if you like.
