What is your favorite battlefield 2 mod or expansion and why?
There are a ton of bf2 mods so I'm just putting the most popular ones that I know of on the poll. Select "other" if you don't see one you like and list it in your post. Some of the mods listed are no longer active but if you did play it and think its the best then select it.

I've played a little Project Reality and loved it.
Had to give up soon though because it was very inaccessible at the time for a number of reasons:
1. I had no mic so therefore everyone hated me.
2. The community scared the crap outta me.
3. The game was buggy as hell in terms of the game engine but also in terms of connecting to games and Punkbuster and all that crap.

I was playing pr one time and joined a squad but I had no mic so I typed in squad chat that I had no mic. All of a sudden the other squad members started calling me a retard and said I shouldn't be there playing and shit. I was like dude its a video game and they got even more pissed and started cussing me out lol, wierd community
Exactly. I wasn't squad leader or anything so I didn't have to issue orders. The game is slow paced and I can type really quickly so I could easily say "enemies to the NW 200m" and "roger" if I needed to. They kicked me anyway.
i have this game but when i tried running it it failed, hard.:smithicide: so i got it for xbox aswell :comeback:
Only mods i have played are project reality and forgotten hope 2.
Forrgotten hope crashed constantly and PR was too serious and slow paced.

Project reality is full of try hard basement dwellers who get too serious about a game.

forgotten hope for sure. Although i like the one for 1942 better, this one makes good use of bf2's features.
I prefer vanilla BF2
