I have a Garry's Mod server, but it doesn't have the Counter-Strike: Source maps or models. I DO own Counter-Strike, but don't know how to get the models. I really need the models and stuff to set something up inmy server. Can anyone help me? (If you need proofI own it, I will post a picture)
Counter-Strike Source Stuffs feels like a tongue-twister.. like Sally sea shells
Go to Gmod Options from the main menu and select CS:S from the mounting menu.
Also, how could you miss the huge Gmod section?
Are you hosting your server off of your computer, or are your renting/running a dedicated server box? Also, when you said that you own Counter-Strike, do you mean that you own it on your Steam account, or do you mean that it's installed on the dedicated server (if you are running one)? I think I recall that game content has to be enabled on the server for the client to be able to spawn content from that game. So if you have CS:S but the server does not have the content enabled, that may be why you can't spawn props from it (assuming you can't).

Or this.
Maybe you should legally get it...
If you've bought a dedicated server, you should be able to mount the content throught the host's website.
If not, extract the materials and models using GCFscape and upload it to the server IP via an FTP client (although this is technically illegal).
Or just run hldsupdate.exe with the -update switch set to Counter Strike (whatever the value is). The GMod server should mount it automatically.
I bought this server space from clanbaselive. And, it is mounted on my computer. P.S. My copy is legal. I'll try the GCFscape thing.
i have me server from clanbaselive too just go to their website put in a support ticket for mounting things and they´ll do it fo you
