Need help remembering a map (hl2dm co-op, spelunky/cave exploration)

Just remembered this map hours ago, and I wanted to find it to play some obsidian conflict on, but I can't remember the map name! In this map you would spawn on the surface and at the entrance of a cave leading really deep down. You would find keys scattered about the cave to open doors. Occasionally there would be some kind of cave ghost that would attack you as you traversed the caves. Anyone help? Thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure sure the name of the map you want was oc_spelunk or something similar, might be worth checking the obsidian conflict forums for map packs with it in.
