Eli told Alyx and Gordon to destroy the Borealis in HL2: Ep. 2. Portal 2 occurs WELL after Ep. 2. If the Borealis is in P2, then either they disobeyed Eli, or they failed. :frown:

It could mean that Glados is not the main antagonist but there's someone else trying to kill you and GLaDOS helps you scape or something like that... also, max of S2D should update the OP of the megathread so people can catch up
