The Humble Indie Bundle is pay what you want for 5 Indie games. And I mean pay ANYTHING you want. You can decide if the money goes to charity or the developers.
You have to be a seriously cheap bastard to pirate these games, especially since it goes to support the developers or a charity. Use the $1.60 to buy it. The games are well worth it.
