Well, I'm getting a new Laptop in a couple days, and I was hoping to purchase Team Fortress 2 and possibly Garry's Mod, anywho I set up my Paypal to my bank account so that it sends eCheques when I buy with it, but obviously Steam doesn't support this, so I'm going to add "Paypal Funds" so I can get it with that instead.
However, before I go ahead and blow £15 on making Paypal funds, can I actually purchase games from Steam using these Funds? I have no credit card, just a bank card I can use to draw money out at a ATM, any help or info would be much appreciated.
