i think its gonna be Vice city becouse the next games gonna be V (5 i know) but vice city starts with V and theres alot of talk about vice city in GTA4
I want a San Andreas Stories on PSP.
Seeing as they did Liberty City, then they did Vice City.
London, that would be awesome I know it's been done before but still rampaging around London would be awesome
Vice city, because I love the 80's.
I bet it will be in some hick county where you have corrupt local sherrifs, biker gangs, the klan, and a bunch of rednecks. That would be awsome.

They also talk about the cities in San Andreas too because they're trying to flesh out the game world and make it seem alive.
I would personally love a new game in San Andreas, but since a large part of that state is desert I don't think they will, what with RDR and its wild-west setting.

You know it would be shit. At least it would force them to release it on PC at a reasonable time though.
san andreas, just because i miss flying planes. Hopefully they will bring back car customisation, decent character customisation and put in some half decent cheats for when i get bored.
San Andreas was a great gta in gameplay and customization. It doesn't really have memorable characters and a good storyline though.

If it was Free To Play, I am sure alot of people would have it. Putting a cash shop with clothes or vehicle sprays would rack up some cash to produce more GTA content outside the MMO, and other people who like the games will play the MMO, buy vehicle sprays and clothes (alternate way of getting clothing), more GTA games, more places to add to the GTA MMO, more players, switch into a system where each you can pay to play like 5$ a month, or play and each couple of kills you get earns you a couple credits, the credits can be used for vehicle sprays, clothing, or more game time. More people will get more kills, and people will hear about the system, and pay a month or so, the game is pretty much paying for itself. The role playing community that isn't into killing is Rockstars main waypoint of money off of it, they don't kill, the pay monthly, Rockstar gets more money.
Rockstar gets:
More Money
More Players/Community
We as Players get:
A fun game
A GTA MMO
A game that pays for itself the more time we play.
A large universe
Endless amounts of vehicles
A Third Person free roam MMO
Just a idea nothing more, not a very good one if it isn't thought out well.
Everyone here seems to be missing the point of this thread. The question is about the place, not the gameplay features. The fact that it takes place in a different city doesn't affect the gameplay, the gameplay will be the same regardless of the place.

That's not true at all. Where the next GTA takes place will affect gameplay a lot. Different terrain calls for different vehicles. Different missions different execution of missions, everything changes. Personally, I would love to see something different not something remade. Not that it's a bad thing but something new would be nice.
san andreas was released like 5 years ago, so it would be too soon to remake really

all the cities combined into one. it would be even be bigger then Just Cause 2 map :) you can take airplane from places to places. all taking place in 2012
