• Recovering WoW Account, not receiving emails?

So a while ago I stopped playing WoW but now that my friends have started playing again I've got the urge to start back again. The problem is I was unable to log in to my account and when I checked one of my characters on the armory there was activity back in December when I wasn't playing and another character is missing most of his gear. So tried to recover the account, I enter my email, name and answer my secret question and they say they will send me a email to reset the password and another with the ticket info but I haven't received any emails(not in junk folder; I checked) The account is registered with a hotmail address and i have put blizzard in the safe senders list as indicated here: [url]http://eu.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_GB&articleId=30471[/url] Should i just give it a little longer and see if the emails come or should i get in contact with blizzard again? tl;dr cant login, not getting emails, what should i do?
your accounts email has been changed
Email Blizzard. Provide them with your email you had used prior to it being changed, as well as the cd keys for the game to verify that you do in fact own the account.
That sucks, man. You had so much fucking gold too.
This happened to me, and I actually picked up my phone and called them. The guy was really nice and I had the account back within 15 mins. I think it's a free call, give that a shot. That's the only experience I've had with blizz support people but it was one of the best support calls I've ever had. :)
