Hey,
I'm currently creating a game using the NeoAxis engine called 28 Carrots Later, I've got a basic concept however I would like to run it past everyone else and try to get some feedback / ideas on it.
So far it's as follow's:
The player must get from point A to point B whilst collecting carrots across the map. The player will be judged on how fast they complete the map along with the amount of zombies killed.
It's a pretty basic concept because we are really just trying to get a game together to see if we can do it. Sorry if this seems a little out of place, and don't worry im not an "Ideas" man looking for people to join.
You can check out our current progress here - http://bit.ly/9Smult - we currently have the basic game in and are working on the models.
Vehicles, grenades and you can become the zombie so you have to fight bot bunny things.
It sounds pretty bland at the moment, but seems fine if it's just to test your potential and current skill level.
It is pretty bland for now, looking for ideas to expand it :)
For starters, don't steal the L4D special infected nor the sounds from HL2.
Achievements, everybody loves them and it will encourage the sad guys to play for longer.
Sounds from HL2? What sounds?
Also the special infected is an idea for L4D2 which I can admit but what zombie game these days doesnt have something a bit different? Every zombie game will be ripping off L4D in some way
Achievements is a good idea
Various types of baddies

And Boss fights.
I havent fought a Boss in years.
Boss fights sound fun, I was thinking of something like that :)
Oh god, here it comes again. The unoriginal game.
Sigh, can you at least kill zombie rabbits?
Indeedy =]
