Mirrors Edge - Audio in intros, but not ingame and in menus.

Like the title says, I'm having trouble with audio in Mirrors Edge on steam.

I have audio in the cartoon intros to levels, but in nothing else. There is no dialogue, no gunfire, no ambience, nothing.

I'm not reallt sure what else to say about by problem. If there's anything I need to post that could help, let me know.
