As a fan of Sven Co-Op, I often am annoyed when gamplay consists of people rushing to the end, trying to kill everything as fast as they can and an overall lack of communication and teamwork. My goal is to create a team of people that would enjoy playing in a group with people that you can communicate and basically dick around with. This isn't supposed to be "super tactical squad" as much as it is let's just have form a team and have fun. We would set dates for when we could all be online and play maps that we've never done before. Hopefully, we would get our own private server, either through hamachi or a regular listen server (if people have knowledge of these things that would be helpful). Well a mic is encouraged, but not required. So long as you communicate it's fine if you just type.

After 4.0 I didn't really care for Sven-Coop, lost its nostalgic feel.

You know, you can buy cards with credit on them to buy things online. They're like gift cards only they work everywhere. I would recommend that.

I bought HL1 anthology for like 5 bucks in a sales box somewhere and it has like opposing force and blue-shift and team fortress classic and all that stuff. you should take a look around.
Also I'm not sure I can make it this evening since I have to finish up a couple of essays.

This reminds me of the old Facepunch Action Half Life group. We played Sven, Action Half Life etc. We mostly played the strange puzzle maps for Sven.
The group still exists, but isn't hugely active at all. If you want to gain some people I'm sure there are a few there who would love to join in:

So we started osprey and who ever said it was boring was wrong, it is bat shit hard with 2 players ( everyone left except me and flubber) After we open the teleport we went up and saw an upside down gonome and as we started laughing things got funnier.

Anyone know if there's any lower quality weapons packs anywhere? Call me picky, but I miss the old HL1 weapons and sounds.
