Assassin's Creed Brotherhood Leaked?

Okay so I was going to school today when at least 75% of my friends told me that they just downloaded a leaked version of Assassin's Creed Brotherhood.
So, is the EA Rat working his stuff again?

It comes out in PC tommorow pretty much, ofcourse it will be leaked. Also, brotherhood is not made / published by EA.

So the possible cases are;
1. Some guy who got it exclusively leaked it to the people on the internet

TBH i'm sure valve has some of their games leaked too ( not talking about the half life 2 beta )
