I've tried everything from disabling all addons to going in video and interface options to make sure nothing about unit frames and such were on. I downloaded Caith's UI pack and installed it to have it pop up in the middle of my screen as shown in the screenshot. I tried to move it to the bottom of the screen so I could see my screen, but I couldn't find anyway to move it. So I attempted to get rid of it entirely. Well that didn't work out well either....

It's Bartender.
Disable it or klick on the icon on your mini map and drag the bars somewhere else.
Disable the bartender addon.

did you change all the addon profiles to caith ui 1.5?
IF ALL ELSE FAILS (which it does not)
Remove all folders in the WoW directory except the Data one.
Ok Bartender is now offically deleted, the only problem left is after disabling all addons (again), it seems My action bars are smaller, and they have those pesky borders that are everywhere (gray big borders shown in picture by actionbars below).

Once this is fixed I'm offically done needing help, Thanks again to all who helped me with my original problem
You didn't disable all addons. I still see titan. Don't know what those others things could be. Make sure you disable ALL addons, then turn them on one by one so you can see what addon causes the issue. If nothing helps, do what I said in my previous post.
Ok there no more addons, (I just hit disable all out of date addons only) and there are still bars.

So by disabling your add on you unload the out of date add on rather then disable them?

Down to the left there is a button that disable all add ons.
Click it to disable all add ons.
I did, Look at the first screenshot of my last post, everything is disabled but the god damn stupid borders.
Delete your Interface folder. Simple as that.
The floating npc bars is just ctrl + v, for everything else remove interface/wtf

Alright I just deleted every wow folder but data and reinstalled the addons i wanted, It worked. Close this thread please mod.
