Zombie Outbreak Simulator is a sandbox survival game. You can adjust the number of zombies, how many people have guns, and if so, what the accuracy of those guns is, how many police there are (10 max) what their accuracy is, and in general watch people barricade themselves into buildings and try to hold off swarms of zombies. - A Note About Barricading & Other Defense Mechanisms (this is just based upon what i've notice while playing the game) Barricading has a few levels. Level 1 - Occurs after 10 - 15 seconds. May be sped up if there are zombies nearby, or several people in the building. These will generally only hold for around 5 minutes real time, though breaking through is generally not the problem. The actual situation is that, by logic, the bigger the building is, the more entrances it will have. The A.I. in this game is stupid, and can be completely retarded at times, so they will usually only block around 3 entrances out of a building with seven entrances. Level 2 - Occurs after 1 min - 5 mins. May be sped up if there are zombies nearby, or several people in the building. These will generally only hold for around 8 minutes real time. Level 3 - Occurs after 15 - 20 mins. May be sped up if there are zombies nearby, or several people in the building. These will generally only hold for around 17 minutes real time. Level 4 - Occurs after 30 - 45 mins. May be sped up if there are zombies nearby, or several people in the building. These will generally hold for around 3 - 4 hours real time. Level 5 - Highest level - Occurs after 2 hours real time of not being assaulted, but can only occur of there are zombies nearby, is therefore very hard to establish. Can only occur if there is at least one police in the building, or around 25 people. Must be a small building. Base minimum of establishment is one person + one police. Will hold for overnight. Longest recorded was a week and 3 days real time. - End Note About Barricading And Other Defense Mechanisms Tips: - The people will lose every time if you go with the default settings - The best settings i've found are 6000 civs, 30% armed, 40% accuracy, 2000 zombies, north, normal spped, 10 second infection, 8 police with 70% accuracy - Barricaded houses will go empty if there are no zombies near it for a while - People won't go back inside empty barricaded houses - There are some areas of the map that zombies will cease to inhabit, not because it is a blocked area, but there simply will never be a lot of zombies in that location. It's possible to have a map completely swarmed, and have only 7 - 10 zombies on that particular area.
Thanks, and have fun.
Is there a link?
OP is lacking vital info
Would be great if it had a link!
I can only guess this is what op is on about. http://www.class3outbreak.com/zombie-outbreak-simulator/
I remember this. It stops being fun after you put zombies to maximum.
They barricade themselves? I didn't know that
I can only guess this is what op is on about. http://www.class3outbreak.com/zombie-outbreak-simulator/
Can someone confirm that this is the right game? I hope not, this isn't very fun
Dead Frontier is better, I think this might be what the OP was talking about: http://www.deadfrontier.com/

I'm playing this right now with recommended settings.
whoops sorry ^:v:^ http://www.class3outbreak.com/zombie-outbreak-simulator/
Download the Atom Zombie Smasher if you are a fan of games like this (Even though this isn't really a game). Sort of a similar concept, just with an overlying goal. I'm addicted to it.
Dead Frontier is better, I think this might be what the OP was talking about: http://www.deadfrontier.com/
Dead Frontier is just as crappy as ever. They just made it 3D crap.
Dead Frontier is just as crappy as ever. They just made it 3D crap.
It fucking baffles me that they went to all the trouble of a massive visual overhaul like that, but can't or won't fix a basic issue like their terrible fucking multiplayer desync that renders MP effectively not MP.
whoops sorry ^:v:^ http://www.class3outbreak.com/zombie-outbreak-simulator/
it's v:v:v not ^:v:^. He's shrugging not trying to fly.
Holy shit, I always though " v:v:v "was an emote. No wonder I couldn't find it on the list. Also, I remember this game, fun. Gets laggy, though.
