So today, Half-Life: Alpha Version was leaked. Finally after only, trailers and small photographs of crappy quality. We get to experience the tech-demo-alpha game. Here are pictures of the in-game disc, you might wanna get your Windows 98 computers ready. "x64 computers with windows 7 can run this game, but you gotta delete the opengl.dll on the folder file." FAQ: Is this warez? In a way, yes. In another way, no. The way of yes would be, because it wasn't suppose to be available for the public. (Closed Beta) The way of no, would be not, because of how old the game is and valve isn't really interested, into the old Half-Life game anymore. (Protecting the old stuff) So, I'm not breaking rules of Facepunch obviously, besides... It's the quake engine anyway... Nothing about the Golden Source Engine Code or Source Engine Code. Is this legit? Yes, it was leaked 1/8/2013. EVIDENCE: http://www.valvetime.net/threads/half-life-1997-alpha-preview-disc-leaked.243023/ "Yes... valve time... deal with it." Can I download it? Sure, by clicking the google drive link, it will give you the ISO files. "Download both files" Does it require Half-Life game title? NOPE! Golden Source and Quake Engine are not same engines, they are similar, but not to interfere. Enjoy and have a nice day!
