I, for one, am ridiculously pumped for this game to come out on the 26th. The first ME was the greatest RPGs that I've ever played (IMO) and I can't wait to see where Commander Shepard and the Normandy go next. A great looking continuation of an already amazing game.
I have my pre-order set and ready to go.
There is a thread for this

Well, in my opinion, Mass Effect was one of the worst RPG's I have ever played.

No need to bump a thread for your opinion when theres a perfectly good thread already on the front page.
Unless you want to avoid any ridicule, which you will get anyway.

What other RPGs have you played, then
IMO mass effect had every core aspect an RPG should have
1. loading screens every 5 seconds
2. more talking than action
don't get me wrong I loved the game but bioware could've done better

1. Loading screens every 30mins at most (take away citadel and normandy).
2. Depending on your mood you can just breeze through the talking and the game is more like 98% action.
I just don't see how those would generalise the bad points of the game, doesn't Bioware have a reputation for deep story telling?

Your opinion sucks dick.

Games are meant for entertainment, that's like saying a movie is instantly better if it has 100% action, opposed to having less action but more of a storyline. Not everyone is entertained solely from action.

Now now it doesn't suck, it just doesn't fit. If s/he gave reasons why it sucked (and if the reasons were just plain stupid) then the opinion sucks.

Mass Effect had a decent story, but I can't give it the credit I used to after playing Dragon Age. While that game is polar opposite of Mass Effect (Great Story > shit gameplay) Bioware still seemed to of learned how to develop a story.

Perfect example of my point is Noveria
"Ok, find Matriarch.. ok now I need to get a garage pass.. ok what the fuck now I have to sneak into some offices oh look finally some action.. oh ok now I should go back oh wait you wanna talk to me too? better deal? oh just give me the damn garage pass. [insert linear driving sequence after sitting through 5-6 elevator scenes]"
deathrat you still pot words into my mouth, I never said an rpg shouldn't be story driven, that was meant to be taken lightly.
