Despite a simplistic premise, UI, and control scheme, Pooh's Baseball Match combines the unforgiving and punishing nature of Dark Souls and the bright, cheery imagery of your favorite childhood cartoon about a living stuffed bear in a happy, adversity-free forest. This is no longer the safe and friendly Hundred-Acre Woods now, however. You have eight pitchers to beat: [B]Eeyore[/B]: Your first opponent, and the easiest. Standard slow speed throws. [B]Heffalump[/B]: This feisty elephant-monster-thing has barely any telegraph to its pitches, but is still a chump. [B]Piglet[/B]: Pooh's best friend puts on his biggest smile to throw you fastballs. Initially infuriating, but again, a pushover at worst. [B]Kenga & Roo[/B]: Mother and son invite you to try your hand at your first volley of physics-defying throws. Their baseballs will oscillate up and down. [highlight]THE REAL DERBY BEGINS NOW[/highlight] [B]Rabbit[/B]: This guy's pitches are as underhanded as his demeanor. Rabbit apparently has the ability to alter the flow of time; his balls will sloowwwwly release from his hand, then speed up to sock you in the gut. [B]Owl[/B]: Remember those kangaroos? Well Owl's pitches will oscillate, too, but horizontally. The unpredictability of your hit direction makes this a frustrating battle. [B]Tigger[/B]: I hope you brought lube. start out with a 13 point streak on robin, and then i literally end up fouling and missing 15 balls [editline]3rd January 2013[/editline] I'm done. I foul more than I miss.

Got all the way to Christopher Robin and then I was like "wait, why am I doing this again?" None of it was really that hard up until that point besides Owl. Tigger's stuff was easy because at least he threw straight instead of fucking zig-zagged. I'm not about to beat Christopher Robin any time soon because my interest waned and I can't be fucked to beat something so bullshit. Oh well.
