I've never got to play and understand the Half life games, I've got a few questions.
CCA = Combine Civil Authority
OTA= ?
Are Civil protection the same as CCA?
What are Metro cops?
Could someone give a small description of each of these? And if their related or if I'm missing anything.
OTA is COTA, Combine Overwatch Transhuman Arm.
The CCA is the Combine Civil Authority which isn't quite the same as the Civil Protection it's the combined organisation of them.
Metrocops or Metro Police are people that have chosen to elevate their citizen status. In return for helping the Combine control their civil population they get rewards like double rations, simulated sex etc.
Also Civil Protection are the same as Metro Police.

They get a "non-mechanical reproduction simulation". It's never specified what that entails, and that's probably for the best.
