Download PS3 games, and get banned?

I have a question, im thinking about getting a ps3 but the games are very expensive.
And i found some sites were you can download ps3 games, so do i get banned on psn if i play them on ps3

You can download them but you can't play them. There's no way of playing backups on PS3 and there is no PS3 emulator

If you found that site on youtube videos where the comments are usually :"nice video I really like 3:15-5:55(on a 2 minute video), if you wanna download ps3 games free go to google search for "ps3gamesquickfree" and click the first link"

Then you're gonna get viruses.
