How do you play sound effects over voice chat in-game? Other people do it and I would like to know how to do this.
There is a program for it but i forgot the name. Why would you want to do it anyways though? Everybody that does is is either annoying as fuck or a repetitive spammer.
Does it matter?
Programs like HLSS or HLDJ are good for music and such, I think they only work on source games though
Well, I'm using CS:S so I'm pretty sure that qualifies...
