Does Valve/Steam care about logging in on multiple computers?

I sometimes go over to my friends house, or more than one, and sometimes i want to play games he doesn't have on steam, but I'm not sure if logging in on another computer and downloading the games then playing them is against Steam's policy.
I read through Steams user agreement, and as far as I can tell, there's nothing against this...
I just want to be a good boy and not get Steam banned with my 37 games ! :)
I also have some crappy laptops that I might want to put 1.6 on, so is that okay as well?
You're fine. Steam makes sure that your account owns the game before you can play them.
Its not against policy, if the games are on your account, it doesn't matter what computer you play them on.
If you have Fallout 3 you can play it without being on steam, so you probably don't wanna install it. :v:
