Mine is Paperboy for the N64. It looked queer but kept me entertained for... well... i've still not gotten over it that's for sure!
Halo 3, I have no idea why but I like -playing it
Halo 3, man, that game sucked ass. I spent 20 minutes EVERY TIME trying to join a server, and gameplay wasn't even that good. Like 20489302 hits to kill someone and you can snipe from ages away. Also, some vehicles were way too overpowered.
Kingdom Hearts. At first it looked like a childish disney game, but i'm still playing it.

I thought I'd hate every single minute of it, and I actually enjoy it occasionally.
Rayman Raving Rabbids, I thought it looked too casual for my taste, but I found it pretty fun, and funny at times.
Call of Duty 4 its an over rated game and I try to hate it but one of the only good FPSs on Xbox.
I wanted to hate MW2, but I guess the Spec Ops stuff is quite good with a friend. The rest still sucks though, so I don't exactly love it.
As above, MW2 but the campaign Spec Ops entertained me for a while, but i hate the multiplayer aswell because the game matching and low player count
Uhh... Spore
Petz 5 :(
Pokemon Heart Gold / Soul Silver
Modern Warfare 2.
I can't remember anything I wanted to hate but loved. Eh, you think Parappa the Rapper counts? I rediscovered the series a bit ago, I remembered how much I loved the games, but something in the back of my head kept going "NO THIS IS SO STUPID CHILDISH WEEABOO FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF." ... Needless to say, I still love it.
And it's Sims 3 for me. I thought I'd hate every single minute of it, and I actually enjoy it occasionally.
The Sims is a really weird game. It's like "do some mundane tasks for someone else in a game whilst in real life you still have the same mundane tasks to do for yourself" and yet you still manage to be entertained.
The Thunders II Alpha, Omega (Beta when part 3 is out ) they added a fully destructible nuke that could blow away the levels.. but in the end its just awesome to have that
Timeshift. With the reviews I read I thought "This is shit..." After playing it I thought "This is THE shit!"
Saboteur.

Crysis. I just like playing it.
L4D2. At first i thought the concept of it was "This is a load of bullshit! Valve hans't followed up their promise of substantial support!" Then I realised i was just arguing for arguing and when the demo came out i gave it a try. The next thing i hated about L4D2 was that the delivery took a week longer than it should have done. Bloody snow, cloggin up the country and shit.
I also find myself in love with elf bowling.
Gears of War 2. All of my friends were talking about how great it was and it told them it looked like total shit. Then I tried it and I loved it.

Fallout 1/2. At first, it was boring. But then, I started liking them more than the third.
at first halo 2 looked pretty mediocre then I played it and loved it
Fallout 1/2. At first, it was boring. But then, I started liking them more than the third.
Well, obviously. FO1 and FO2 have that old-game unappealing look for newcomers, but when you peel that cover off, what you find is pure gold. In fact, these games are what is saving me from losing my gaming identity after my computer "died" last monday.
I also find myself in love with elf bowling.
haha I AGREE i'd say for ANYONE it'd definitely have to be any point-and-click adventure game. it's all about humor and going places nobody else dares to in our now dung factory gaming market focused on madden NFL and shooting people.
Mercenaries 2. IT'S A BAD GAME BUT I ENJOY IT SO MUCH.
Barbie's Horse Adventure. :q:
