That is awesome news! CS 1.6 was dieing, and fake servers are over flowing. This gives it a chance to stabilize again. :)

To be honest many ppl who bought MW2 said it was a crap game saw a gameplay video and I join their side you die too easy.

I'm not sure how that's relevant, but by Recon's logic, MW2 is just as great as CS:S.
