People will always be suckered in to buying essentially the same game with a little bit of extra shine on it.

Treyarch does not by any means count as a "better" company much less a "good" company, or even a "mediocre" company.
Here's what you can look forward to see in Modern Warfare 3:

Infinity Ward understands how annoying and fustrating it can be for players to talk to each other in-game, so, in order to provide an easier and more convienent gaming experiance, IW will remove text and voice-based communication from their games, and add pre-installed dialouge to the game instead. The pre-installed dialouge will function similar to that of Counter-Striike Source's, and include all of your average Modern Warfare gamer's frequently used words, including "FUCKER," "HACKER," "OMG WTF U DIRTY H4X0R FUCK," "GOGOOGOGOGOGOGO," and every swear word in existance.
I don't want another Modern Warfare. I'm so fucking tired of running around as an American, killing hundreds of Russians or "terrorists".
