How do I extract character models from Assassin's Creed Brotherhood (Anvil Engine Game)?

I'm trying to get the Ezio character model from Assassin's Creed Brotherhood. Specifically, I'm looking for the version of Ezio where his cape is wrapped over his arm like this:

I am aware that there are many Ezio brotherhood models out there, but all of them have the cape folded back like this (which is [B]not[/B] what I am looking for):
