Halo: Reach - Games - Facepunch Forum

Halo reach is starting to look pretty cool. I'm excited for the beta just to start up even tho its for 360. I'm gonna have to dust of the old 360 and bring out the ODST. Anyways.... There is alot of stuff you can view about Reach on Bungie.net. You can view some of the new weapons, Characters, Vehicles, and enemies. All of the damn characters looks the same, they should add some variety. Oops it's Halo.

Also, these arent the only characters that are gunna be in halo reach. These are the three that bungie has chose to show for now.

So when does this beta of theirs come out? Anybody know? Plus; I'm excited to see this since it's a prequel to the entire Halo series.

I'm glad there's at least an estimate. Plus I want to play the co-op on this. Seeing as each spartan has their specialties.

Also does anyone know when Masterchief was turned into a rookie or a spartan?

Haters gonna hate. I'm honestly excited about this. There's lots of new stuff, like armor abilities. The fact that weapons are hitscan now is great, and the Designated Marksman Rifle looks sexy.

ODST was a disappointment IMO. Not expecting much from Reach.

Bungie will probably release more information for characters, and more weapons.

Wait wait wait, didn't all of the Spartans have the same type of Mjolnir armor?

The only thing I don't understand is the fact that most of these guys are Spartan-III's. Didn't almost all of them die (except for two)? And weren't they equipped with cheaper, less protective armor?

Also, Master Chief is not the rookie, or even involved in this game. Get over it.

Nevermind. Some are Spartan III's. I don't think this rules out everything though. Some wear in Ghosts and in Cole Protocol I think it was mentioned.
