So far I've Reinstalled it twice and no results.

Alright well I've been trying to play the Demo version of AVP And whenever I try to launch it via steam/steamapps/common/aliens vs predator demo/AvP.exe I get this,
And whenever I launch it via steam I just get "This game is currently Unavailable, Please try again later."
Can Anyone at all help me with this.

Your specs seem better than mine. So My only advice would be to just wait until someone else has the same problem.
(And I'm running the game fine)
Get more RAM
Google side-by-side configuration to find out what it is.
Then read the error log.
Otherwise check the forums for support, not here.
