Question: My Battlefield 2 CD is being recognized and Autorunning, yet when I launch it it says that the CD isn't in there. How do I fix this? I've tried numerous No-CD patches all of which don't work. I have also tried creating a "mini-image" of the disc. I have also tried it on my XP dual boot. How could this: Turn into this? I'm not happy. :argh:
With patch 1.5 you don't need a cd to play. Do you have patch 1.5?
:yarr:

Then why is FileSmelt in another tab? Either that or somebody used your copy and hacked it :downs: AKA get patch 1.5 and see if it works
Then why is FileSmelt in another tab? Either that or somebody used your copy and hacked it :downs:
I was uploading the picture to Filesmelt? :hurr: And no, nobody has hacked my copy, it's a CD. :what: [editline]03:31PM[/editline] CGI errors everywhere. :argh:

Also, just a question When and where did you buy it from?
Do you have any disk burning software? Nero? Anything that can burn/rip DVD's? [editline]10:05PM[/editline] If you do, uninstall those programs. I had this same problem, and when I uninstalled them, it worked.
Also, just a question When and where did you buy it from?
Bought it from Gamestop way back in 07 or 06. [editline]04:24PM[/editline] At least I think it was Gamestop. :P
Gamestop isn't trustworthy, since they don't like PC games They are console whores

So before problems arose, no.
Gamestop isn't trustworthy, since they don't like PC games They are console whores
Shut up [editline]10:28PM[/editline]
I have Alcohol 120%. Make sure you think really hard and get rid of any other programs like that. Battlefield 2 has DRM that stops you from using it if you have programs like that.
