Hey im not sure if i can post this here but, here we go. I recently fucked up my wii, i cant get to the system menu any more, (sadface) but yeah i want to know if anybody knows a way to change my internet settings so i can fix it. The only thing i can do no is play game off of homebrew by using back-up loaders and USB Loader channels. Please Help :)
Use the NUS Downloader to download IOS60 (Not the stub, get the one that's like 6170 or something) and the 4.1 System menu wads.
Install them with Wad loader.
???
Profit!
Thanks, and why you put Question marks?

Right now imy internet settings are net set to my home network it is at a friends house, but since i bricked my wii i cant get to the system menu to change it, so i was wondering if there is a homebrew thing for changing the internet.

Sorry, let me rephrase that.
What would you need to change your internet settings for if your Wii is bricked?
How are you booting homebrew, by the way? From what I gather, you haven't managed to get BootMii in as boot2, so your Wii should be totally useless, yet you can play games through homebrew launchers?

Good for you, then all you need to do is find a saved backup somewhere (although I'm not sure you can use other peoples backups). And I'm pretty sure there's no way to change the internet settings without fixing up the system menu.
Thanks, Cause you know IM DYING to play Animal Crossing City Folk ONLINE
