• Another GLaDOS theory!

So I was excited about portal 2 and all... then I remembered that The orange screen at the end is one of aperture's monitors you see along the game, while glados's voice is singing... then it hit me: When GLaDOS was about to flood the Aperture scienct facility with a deadly neurotoxin, she couldn't (for some reason) calculate the effects of the neurotoxins on her internal software and hardware... so she made a copy of her AI programming on the Aperture science Local Area network system... although that didn't do any good because she was proven to be neurotoxin-proof. But when chell destroyed her she escaped into the network... so she was "still alive" and tricked us all into thinking her words of mockery were a song. Now in portal 2... wheatley tries to enter some kind of password, AAAAAAA, but an error occurs , one of the cut wires was connected to this error and released a spark right next to GLaDOS's "corpse", rebooting the machine, this is when she manages to reconnect to her body and "comes back" to greet you once again.... so?
maby, maby, maby glados stands for gay lads asserting dominated operating spews i just got it in my head
I think that's actually what happened. Not sure if it should be called a theory.
I think that valve would like you to be with the real glados And i would still be kind of pissed if you killed
You "shut" down Glados in Portal 1, and Wheatly accidently activates her in Portal 2
You "shut" down Glados in Portal 1, and Wheatly accidently activates her in Portal 2
That's aperture for ya, they can't install a simple power button. No, they have to make it so you anger their computer enough for it to shoot rockets at you, then you have to use portals the make it shoot itself, then you have to incinerate four little spheres, only THEN does it shut down.
Glados stands for GENETIC LIFE-FORM and DISK OPERATING SYSTEM. GLaDOS is part organic.
Glados stands for GENETIC LIFE-FORM and DISK OPERATING SYSTEM. GLaDOS is part organic.
Or, her thinking is. Never forget, she is the most advanced AI for this time, and we never saw any bio-stuff connected to her.
Or, her thinking is. Never forget, she is the most advanced AI for this time, and we never saw any bio-stuff connected to her.
we never SAW any...
I personally think wheatly either gets exploited, or he's Rouge. :kratos:
I personally think wheatly either gets exploited, or he's Rouge. :kratos:
I think GLaDOS just kills him shortly after the scene we saw him in.
I think GLaDOS just kills him shortly after the scene we saw him in.
Game Informer says otherwise. Game Informer says you use him for most of the game.
Or, her thinking is. Never forget, she is the most advanced AI for this time, and we never saw any bio-stuff connected to her.
Yeah, you saw some. You know the cloud of black particles floating away from her after you kill her? That's a swarm of bugs that resided in her.
Aperture science Local Area network system...
A.S.L.A.N.S ?
The rockets git activated by accident didn't they?
Yet another step in the long process of avoiding a power button :P
It might be possible that they thought she would get too smart, and somehow be able to override the switch.
Or maby she died and we brought her back to life (technically wheatly) Maby...*sniff*...maby...
If she was dead, who was repairing the labs before Wheatley reactivates her?
If she was dead, who was repairing the labs before Wheatley reactivates her?
Robots. As Ive said before the answer to any and all questions is Robots.
I don't think the labs were really "repaired" at all. Look how messed up everything is.
I don't think the labs were really "repaired" at all. Look how messed up everything is.
In the video all the concrete walls are being replaced. We don'y know if this is before or after Wheatley wakes up Glados
You "shut" down Glados in Portal 1, and Wheatly accidently activates her in Portal 2
Lol, all the people who love wheatly love the one who released a monster.
