Well, I'm in India. Let me start off with that. I'm just on vacation. I got this sweet deal of Ep1 for $5, or Rs. 250. A boxed copy. Though, when I opened it at our apartment, it had 5 fucking discs. Is that right?
The front of the box looks like this:
(Lambda) Half Life 2 not required The first new episode for Half Life 2
-Alyx picture-
HALF LIFE 2
-Episode 1-
Small yellow circle that says: This product is only for distribution in India. Distribution Outside of India is unlicensed
And it shows VAVLe logo. No steam though, huh.
The back:
Alyx silhouette holding gun
The first new episode for the best-selling PC thriller
-Combine Picture- -Alyx+D0G- -Strider-
Half life 2: episode 1 expands the legendary Half Life gaming tradition with:
>>New single player Gaming: the first installment in episodic Half Life games reveals the aftermath of Half Life 2, and launches a new journey
>>Two Multiplayer games: HL2: DM and Half Life 1 Deathmatch: source are also included for online action gameplay
>>Half Life 2 not required: No other software needed
powered by
SOURCE
VALVe
And thats it. huh. Will it install on steam? Shouldn't it because it has HL2: DM? Is this good or bad?
Help pls :C
Yes.
What are the other 4 discs, 2 if HLDM and HL1DMS are discs?

Does the front of the box look like this?
Don't worry, even Half-Life 2 has five disks. It contains HL2,CSS and HL2:DM.

The boxed copies always ship with extra games. Should work just fine.
I never buy used boxed copies.
The codes are always used :ohdear:
