• How often do you run into kids? [XBOX 360]

92% of the time I run into people who don't have mics or don't use their mics, 5% of the time I actually run into people who have and use mics but aren't helpful in the slightest, 2.5% of the time I run into people who have and use mics and can actually be good team players, and .5% of the time I run into kids who have and use mics.
no because i don't own a 360
I get matched with kids sometimes, but I usually mute anyone with a mic anyways. Especially while I'm playing Halo 3.
no because i don't own a 360
Because I clearly asked for the insight of a PC gamer.
Kidding me? Your talking about XBL here. That's like jumping into an ocean and not getting wet. Sure maybe less popular games like rainbow six Vegas
I got a whole match of kids on Bioshock 2, 2 were "belly bopping" when one became a big daddy. And in AvP MP Demo, I get kids there too. And in COD:MW2,Halo 3, and SFIV
100% of the games I've played have had little kids with a mic.
It makes people rage when you troll at a younger, the age factor multiplies how angry they get. :3:
Kidding me? Your talking about XBL here. That's like jumping into an ocean and not getting wet. Sure maybe less popular games like rainbow six Vegas
Rainbow six vegas has always been full with stoners. Also running into kids isn't bad, I don't really care.
I don't use my mic, and I've never heard a person use their mics. I probably have that ability disabled in my system settings. if I turned that on, I wonder how many little chitlins I'll hear. I shall withhold my vote until I test this experiment.
I really don't get most of the stigma against younger gamers. Sure, their voices are ear-rapingly high, and they suck ass at teamwork, plus they only say LOLOLOLPWN, but- you know what, forget I said anything.
I never get kids in Halo Wars nor Left 4 Dead. Halo 3 on the other hand is like trying to get a piece of hay out of a mound of pins.
I rarely run into people with mics. The few I do get paired with are either funny or kids.
A couple of days ago I was playing some CoD: MW2 (Don't hurt me) and I heard some kid over my speakers and I was just laughing. At one point he said, "Aw, Man! I almost had a 3 killstreak!" That and a bunch of other stuff that made me want to kill him. On an unrealated note, I was watching my brother playing some Bioshock 2 multiplayer. and Someone's gamertag was "Dragon Palidin92". My brother killed him the most.
As long as the gamertag includes XxXXXXxxxxXx At the beginning and end of the gamertag, and has ninjaboygangtsa1337 as the gamertag or something close, you have found a kid! I only run into the people who don't sound like they are 16-17 but not 9-11
(Child + Mic) + Me = Ulcers
Enough to annoy most people, but I'm normally able to get them to be valuable members of my team.
Not often, i actually run in to adults (Or teenagers) that act like children. Depends on the match, sometimes i'm grouped with some awesome people, we can chat and have a great time. Then other times i run in to people that are screaming, yelling, having a overall hissy fit, calling other people racial slurs, ect. However when i do manage to get grouped up with kids, they seem to be more polite and friendly then the adults. Worst kid i ran in to was just crying, but what can you expect from a 9-10 year old. Don't forget we where kids once too and acted like that. Really depends, however the mute button does a good amount of use. You just got to be more mature and ignore it and don't respond. You only feed them if you respond, once they get muted and people ignore them they stop acting like that.
Basically, if you plan on logging into Xbox Live and playing Online.... as soon as you hit the power button
(Child + Mic) + Me = Ulcers
For me it's Aneurisms.
For me it's Aneurisms.
I feel your pain, bro.
All the time in every game.
I was playing, there was this kid I suspect to be like 8yos and he was calling this older gentleman gay over and over for no fucking reason. All kids are mic whores.
I actually rarely run into anyone who really uses a mic. And if they do, it is either not often, or they are acting 'gangsta' [editline]06:48AM[/editline] On a separate note, I hate gamertags with either xxXXxxXXxx in the beginning and end, numbers in it, or a combination of both. I am that picky
I run into kids really fucking often, annoyingly it happens on the 360 AND the PC.
When I was little I had a mic, but I never used it when I played online. Want to know why? I listened to myself on sound recorder and thought I sounded gay, so I didn't use the mic. I wish today's children were as thoughtful as me :saddowns:
one of my favourite things to do is use my falsetto voice on Xbox Live and have people yell shit at me i don't have a good reputation
I just mute everyone anyway because the most useful piece of teamwork I ever hear is someone calling me a fag for getting in the way of their grenade or something.
"89% have avoided you." That should give you a good insight.
I mute everyone. I'm social.
