So yesterday me and my girl decided to play l4d2 and at first it worked fine then we decided to play again later it was messing up on The Streets level. I've tried cleaning the disc and everything, there is a small circle scratch on the disk but the game works perfectly on her xbox http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HrjQb9GHuxo

This has happened to me once while playing Half-life about 2 years ago.

Circle scratches are the worst kind, because that's how the data is stored on the disk. Any sized circle scratch means your disk is going to be fucked. This problem is 90% caused by that scratch.

In other words, the game isn't working because you didn't take good care of the disk and now it has a big scratch on it preventing the xbox from reaching the texture data.
