Cannot use steam after changing servers?

hi,

I changed steam servers to the Miami server. Maybe it's down or something.. but I cannot login anymore!

Is there anything I can do to fix this without reinstalling steam?

I've tried:
1. Deleting the client registry files (.blob)
2. deleting the userconfig folder
3. delting the config folder

I've restored those files because doing so didn't do anything.

Have you tried checking your folders intact and you're not behind a firewall?.
